About Hale & Hearty
Fujian Province is not known for Green tea production in mainland China. However, the teas here are sought-after in Japan to incorporate in macha production. Tea producers in Japan purchase Hale & Hearty to mix with their locally grown teas to achieve distinctive flavor profiles. Because we are interested in finding the most unique teas that Westerners have yet to experience, we managed to gain access to some of the crop to bring back to our US customers.
